The house will comfortably sleep a total of 10 people and is comprised of:
– 1 x King suite with en-suite (including deep stone tub), built-in desk and 43 inch TV (Foxtel, Netflix);
– 1 x Queen suite;
– 1 x King Suite that can also be configured as 2 single beds
– Large kids retreat with 4 x built-in luxury bunk beds and 55 inch TV (Foxtel, Apple TV, Netflix)
– Large main bathroom
– Powder room
– Large kitchen with stone benchtops, bench seating, built-in fridge, walk-in pantry, twin Miele ovens, two dishwashers and a full range of appliances and amenities for a gourmet chef
– Dining room table with seating for up to 10 people
– Living room with gas fire place, 65 inch TV (Foxtel, Netflix and Apple TV) and SONOS speaker system;
– Polished concrete floors with hydronic underfloor heating throughout the house
– Air-conditioning in kitchen, dining and living room, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms
